While Palmer street lacks a street sign it is quite easy to find via local landmarks. Palmer is a small side street that intersects Washington, perpendicularly and to the south, at the fork in the road where Washington and Warren meet. Across the street, on the North side of Washington, you will notice a Payless Shoe Source. On the west side of the intersection, at the tip of the fork, you will see an impressive looking building called the Ferdinand's building, as Ferdinand's furniture once occupied it. The entrance to the institute is half a block down Palmer, on the left.
